We need a logo design for a new company based in Brisbane, Australia call "Wantok Voyageur". We are a tour provider serving the active, adventurous, high-end market that wants a cultural experience in south-east Asia. Established by an international award-winning guide, it provides clientele with the opportunity to 'get out of the bus' immerse themselves in the local culture. Tours are tailored in such a manner that guests are given the opportunity to experience the culture without forfeiting deluxe accommodation or comfortable transportation.

Wantok Voyageur is an ethical touring company. Transportation, restaurants, and where possible, hotels are locally owned ensuring that the local community benefits directly from our visitation.

Guests have access to some of the best guides in Asia. Known for their service and knowledge, they introduce you to their culture and society. Local guides are used throughout as a means of promoting education and local enterprise. They ensure that you maximize your experience as well as support the local community.

Guests of Wantok Voyageur make the most of their limited time by using flights throughout the tour where possible ensuring that you maximize your travel experience. VIP buses ensure that guests can enjoy the scenery without relinquishing comfort.

The meaning of the words "Wantock" & "Voyageur":

Wantock Means: Wantok is a word in Pidgin English from the Pacific Islands that means to take a friend into your family, group, or tribe. A Wantok is closer than a friend, and becomes the responsibility of the family/group/ or tribe. Wantok is for life. It is a commitment. Traditionally Wantoks travel extensively and the link remains forever.

"Voyageur" means: A French word which means traveler.

Preferred Colors:

We would prefer Green & Black but we are open to suggestions. We are looking for an organic & playful look/feel but still needs to represent quality and have an upmarket touch to it.
