plzz make this project guaranteed

I don't know what "guaranteed" means. If I like the logo I will pay. But if I don't like any design why do I have to pay?
we do seriously need the design because of our website needs to be finalized and all print material needs to go to press by Jan 2. So we are not fooling around.
