I don't know how much this impacts your design, but this will be a Wordpress site and I'm using a framework called PageLines (pagelines.com). If PageLines proves to be inflexible, I'll have to get a template that allows me to execute your design.


Ok, Are you saying that the site has to be built with pagelines framework? I have not used Pagelines in at the least 2 o 3 years...!!! now i can have a design for you in a matter of a day (tested) deploying Joomla CMS......Joomla works a whole lot better for corporate and or medical sites as this one should be.
