Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I would like a logo for our organisation 'The Literacy Program'. We are a Christian international organisation whose purpose is to teach & train people in third world nations to read and write. We provide a program that runs over a year, providing teaching support, materials, pastoral care and missional outreaches to rural villages within these countries. We believe that if someone can learn to read and write, then in their businesses they will have more success, they may have more opportunities for jobs and we will start to see the poverty cycle in these nations broken. Not only do we provide literacy for people within these countries but we provide training for people within Australia who may have a heart to go on mission to either fund, work with, or even live with the people in these nations. Because we are a christian organisation our mandate is to 'prepare the nations for Jesus' return'. In order for that to happen we believe that discipleship is essential. If people can read and write, then reading a bible for oneself allows people in these nations to understand for themselves and not just rely on someone else's teaching. We want this logo to encapsulate the heart of us reaching the world but avoiding typical religious styles.
