one side or double sided? and what about the text that you want it to be on the flyer? the same as the attach PDF?

i have added a bit to brief regarding potential text ( not much!)  and headline phrases.

i submitted a revised version has double sides
the current Task Outline is refering to Create a Single-sided Flyer Design you should change it into Create double-sided Flyer Design
would apreciate some feedback
