Interesting subject. Could you please give the exact print dimensions for the book or is it a kindle version?

Hello,

I do not have the exact size dimensions as it will be left up to the publisher. I don't know the grade of paper they will use nor the font size. So I guess I'm actually looking for an editable file, at least as far as the spine is concerned. I will send an email off to them tonight to see if they can provide me guidelines. I will be in touch.

To answer you question it will be available in print and ebook.

Thank you.

Hello,

I've heard back from the publisher. It will be 8.5x8.5 and they will use 70lb paper.

I hope this helps.

Hi,
I am a graphic arts teacher for a middle school in Southern California. I actually wanted my students to design a book cover as one of their projects. Could you tell me what you are looking for in the submissions? I haven't assigned the project yet, so this unfortunately, I wont have any student submissions. I just wanted to hear what you will be looking for to qualify a cover. Thanks!

Hello,

I am looking for something kid friendly, but not babyish.

I had an idea of an 8 year old boy, wearing a baseball cap, standing beside his 4 1/2 year old on a giant clothing pile. I thought maybe they could stand under a big umbrella and then have some of the other characters lining the clothing hill. There are dancing monkeys, an elephant with big floppy ears, a teddy in a pink tutu, 2 green teolls( friendly looking) as well as 2 laughing leopards.

The kids are stuck inside on a rainy day. Each room they go into takes them on another adventure.

I hope this helps.

Thanks!
