We need a logo design for our new leadership coaching business based in Houston called "Clear Horizon Leadership." The design will be used on business cards, letterhead, the website, and in other similar situations. The logo should be modern in style, convey trust, and a sense of direction.

Clear Horizon Leadership is a firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and business leaders make a more consistently positive impact both on their businesses and through their personal lives. We are driven to help them see their professional and personal horizons clearly and take action to move toward their full potential.
Consistent with the focus, Clear Horizon Leadership coaches leadership teams to organizational health by guiding them through the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System, a set of timeless business principles and real-world tools that help entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. Some of you have a sense of the sun on the horizon. I do like these first cuts.
I want to make sure that it doesn't seem like a sunset. Maybe a little bit of a sleepy feeling. Sunrise is more hopeful. (Not to be nitpickie, but now that I am seeing submissions I wanted to note this feeling.)

I don't have a preconceived notion on this logo, but I do sense it should have a modern feel, and it should convey as sense of purpose and direction.
