Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a Company Logo designed for two companies. One Company is based in Singapore and the other based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The logo must be the same for both companies (shared logo). Both companies specialize in document printing and scanning services for their clients. Everything from A4 size to A0 size, black and white or colour, we also do presentation boards and presentation booklets for Architects.

Attached i have uploaded our current logo. We would like to keep the globe or have something similar to it, representing a global/international company.

Looking at the logo:
1. Servicepoint is now the name of the Singapore based company but will be changing it's name to RGS
2. Our company colour is Orange. Pantone 021 i believe is what it should be

The logo should be nice and simple but also clean and professional
