Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Earlier this year, I started the Peak Collaborative in order to focus on projects that work on "Unleashing the human potential for good through leadership, culture, and education." The word "peak" has dual meaning: first as a reference to "peak performance," and second because I talk about an organization/individual's goals as a mountain peak...so mountains should definitely be incorporated in the design.

Right now this is an outlet for my own work, but there is a vision for building a team down the line. My work thus far has been facilitating professional development training for teachers & administrators, leadership development training, school culture assessments & consulting, workplace professional development training, 1-on-1 goal-achievement coaching, and strategic planning/project-management facilitation & consulting.

I work around the country and am part of several consortiums, so as the work continues to grow there is an increasing need for a sharp, clean, versatile logo that echoes our mission ("Unleashing the human potential for good through leadership, culture, and education.") When necessary, I've been using a slapped together graphic as a logo (I uploaded a jpg), but I need to move beyond that, so I'm counting on your expertise!

The kind of work I've done in the past, currently do, and plan to do in the future changes organizations, changes communities, and changes people's lives, and I'm looking for a logo that will be a part of that continuing journey. As I mentioned, I'm looking for a logo that is versatile so I can incorporate it into a lot of different color schemes, layouts, documents, and promo products.

Note 1: It's highly likely I'll be in need of more design work in the future, so if you do great work now I'll probably come to you (and point to you) in the future.

Note 2: Bonus points if you'll provide source documents (and by bonus points I mean I'll definitely choose a design that will include source files).

Note 3: It's not essential to incorporate our web address ( www.peakcollaborative.com ), so I'm not putting it in the "logo text" box, but if you feel like there's the opportunity to incorporate it I'm very open to that.
