Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I'm an italian developer and I need logos for my android app "Smart Control ", it's currently in beta testing version and you can see it at community https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/102606166232864137278

The application is an advanced on-board computer for car on the Android platform. My idea is that the logo will represent the keywords of the app:
- Car;
- Smart;
- On-board computer;

In attachment you can see an example of the logo that I want to achieve.
I need two logos with the same concept one for the free version and one for the PRO version: the version of the PRO must be distinguished as a written type 'PRO' as shown in the other example image (possibly also for colors) .

The logos must be scalable from 24x24 up to 512 x 512 pixels so that it is still recognizable. I want to receive both versions png with transparency that the original vector format.

I also need a picture to put in the top page of the app that has these elements (1280x200 pixels):
- A sports car as background
- The words "Smart Control" with the letters S and N in different color

You find attached an example, even for the top page I want a scalable version.

The graphic elements of the logo must not be used, they serve only to give an idea of the result. And, the three proposed elements (car, OBD and bulb) should not be used, to force all together, but it's required only the image of a car. The word "Smart Control" in the logo is not necessary, just the word "Free" and "Pro" in order to distinguish the two versions.
