Can you please clarify the project scope for the current budget? I was under the impression that the current budget was for the design of the homepage and that later on we would discuss the development.
At Modulus Web Design we develop websites from small html/css websites to full fledged CMS websites that incorporate tools for Search Engine Optimization, Marketing, CRM, amongst many others tools that turn a website into much more than an "electronic flyer" but it does require a budget of its own.

We have developed web platforms for companies of all sizes and distinct markets, we for sure would like to work with you on all stages of your Web Project (design,identify needs and opportunities, development, launch and post production support).

As for justhost.com, the development will take the hosting environment into consideration, that is not an issue. The reason why i advice you to move out of justhost.com is because they are only good at Marketing and are known in the industry as lacking in Tech Support and by overselling their infrastructure so much that the websites they host suffer in terms of speed and security.
They do have a Money back guarantee policy, and you could move the domain to any other registrar. Although as for the Domain, that is not an issue, if i recall correctly they use Enom as their registrar and Enom as always been reliable.
Anyhow, this is just a friendly advice.

Please let me know your thoughts in regards to the development.

This project is for web site development. Home page design along with the 3 other tabs listed: About Us, Services and Contact us. I have updated the brief with content and a profile/bio pic for About Us.
Nothing too complex. Need some stock images for the pages.
