How many pages are you needing designed? I checked out the word document you provided, if you are needing that many pages I don't think that $260 is a fair price. If a design is worthy would you consider an increase in the award?

This kind of project is very complex and depending on the number of pages and amount of text , the payment is between 800$ - 2500$
