What size program and how many pages would you like?

We would like the program to be 8.5 x 11 when complete.
We do not have a minimum number of pages we require so long as the number is a multiple of 4 (for printing).

I would like to be able to give feedback on designs before releasing those details so that you can be confident that the design is heading in the right direction before entering all that data in. About how many pages or how much space are you expecting to be dedicated for the speakers and their information and the floor map?

The floor maps will be large enough to accommodate 1-2 pages.

The speakers, sessions, exhibitors will be the remainder of the content. Considering the amount of speakers, sessions and exhibitors we have, I imagine that there will be a minimum of 24 pages on that alone.

Ideally, there would be a minimum of 3 different page layouts used for the speakers, so that the reader remains engaged in the program.

I have been receiving exhibitor/speaker details over the last week and am compiling into a file for use.
