Resumen de Diseño de Logo

An Australian Migration Agency, would like to incorporate Australia. We chose the name "123" because it could be translated into any language easily.
Needs to be edgy as we will are marketing ourselves as a younger tech savvy agency that uses technology.
Our customers are young professionals from overseas, or Australian companies looking for overseas staff.
Colours are not so important, but we started with Blue.
Something that goes well on Websites, email footers etc.
We are not going for a corporate look though, it is important the we give the feeling that "we are not in this for the money but the satisfaction of professional supporting people through a big decision". Much like a coach.

Not mandatory but if you could try to incorporate the Southern Cross successfully that would be great! Maybe the sparkling stars in the background it doesn't need to to highly visible.
