Resumen de Diseño de aplicación (App)

We developed an iPhone app called “BusinessWord”. It displays one word each day to improve the users english skills for business use. in addition an archive containing older words is included. The app is fully functional and all features are already implemented. We need a design that expresses high quality with its elements clearly arranged.

Tasks:
1. Colours to be used in the design should be adapted to the webpage www.business-spotlight.de
• #872735 – link and background, #396588 - background, #376688 – links, #999999 – main navigation buttons, #f6f6f6 – background
• You DO NOT have to use all of these colours or use them in the same way as on the website

2. Designs of 4 Screens (Screenshots of the working app will be provided)
• Screen containing the word of the day, optionaly the translation, the type of the word (e.g. Verb), the explanation, an example phrase, the play button to listen to the pronunciation, an optional ad banner and the Business Spotlight logo
• Screen containing the archive of the last 365 words in a chronological order (selecting one word brings up a new screen looking like the word of today)
• Screen containing the archive of the last 365 day in an alphabetical order (selecting one word brings up a new screen looking like the word of today)
• Screen containing information about our company including a button opening a mobile landing page on the web and the Business Spotlight logo

3. Design of the loading Splash-Screen (also vectorbased, scaleable for different screen sizes)
• Simple, singlecolored Screen, with worldmap in the back and in front “BusinessWord”
• The Business Spotlight logo should be included
• Png file sizes: 320x480, 640x960, 320x480, 240x320, 480x800, 480x854, 240x400, 240x432
