Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a company based in New York called "Span Link International, LLC." We work with customers to design and develop orthopedic products. We communicate these ideas and plans to our partner manufacturing facility in Taiwan. We are an innovative US company with offshore manufacturing and production facilities and our goal is to bring high quality Durable Medical Equipment (DME ) as well as O&P (Orthotic and Prosthetic) Products to market faster and at a lower price. We are a customer-centric innovative organization with clinical and technical knowledge and thats what helps us efficiently take a concept to product delivery.

I would like a logo that shows our global reach but also display that we are modern and innovative.

To show what we have now, I have attached our current logo but I feel that it is plain and too involved. We need something that is a little more eye catching. Blue and grey are colors we like to work with but are open to using other colors.
I am leaning towards a pictoral logo - doesnt have to include the name of the company but I am open to it if the name is included and it can be shortened to "Span Link"
