We balance a learner-centered approach with organizational goals and strategic objectives, and we architect innovative programs that promote effective and sustainable learning. We offer analysis and insight into the latest learning industry trends, processes, tools, technologies, and best practices.

We work directly with senior executives in private and public enterprises across a wide range of industries and work environments.. We work with the Fortune 1000 as well as with NGOs and government agencies.

Our logo should evoke feelings of trust in our expertise, but also convey a sense of sophistication and innovation—in our thinking, and program design.
