We are searching for a logo for a new family owned and operated cattle and horse training ranch located in East Texas.

Primary cattle customers are other ranchers, auction houses and corporate cattle buyers. Secondary customers will include private horse owners who bring horses to the ranch and our trainers will work them for several months for extensive training. A custom internet site will be the medium used for advertisement.

• Simple, clean and easy to read. Logo must include an "A" with a full circle around the A cut down to 1/4 size and floating above the top. The quarter circle should be exactly 1/4 of a full circle with either angled or straight edges. Font should be block with the "A" flat at the top and bottom. Initially we were thinking using the simple arial font. This is due to us having already registered the quarter circle A brand for marking the rear flank of our livestock. We need 2 types of artwork. The quarter circle A alone (used to build a hot iron for branding livestock) and a logo for use as corporate identity for letterhead and website artwork. The quarter circle A alone must be scalable to a font size of 4" and be at least 3/8" wide, though wider is acceptable. Initial thoughts on the logo included a round shaped logo that we can incorporate above a metal entrance gate. Having "Quarter Circle" bent along the top of a circle, larger quarter circle A logo floating in the middle and Ranch curved along the bottom of the circle. Please feel free to modify the above as desired. Attached is a crude exampe of the quarter circle A. Thank you for your designs.
