We are a small team of real estate developers that is rebranding under a single company name "Adams Development, LLC".

We develop property in one of Denver's most popular neighborhoods and build duplexes, rowhomes, condos, etc.

We need a logo that is easily recognizable. Something bold, but clean and modern. We will be putting our logo on all of the signs we place on our properties letting the neighborhood know about the upcoming developments and we want to make it so people begin to realize how prolific we as a development team are in the neighborhood so our logo needs to be easily recognizable.

• We are possibly interested in a pictorial/combination logo that speaks to what we do/our idustry. However, we don't want any worn out and trite images like a simple house or the stereotypical mark of a roof in the form of a simple "^" shape above a word.
