Unfortunately the document supplied is not something we can pick the copy up from and would take to much time to type in all the copy and get it correct. I can do this in your time frame but you would need to supply the copy to put on the pages. Please advise.

I was working on this for you but since you didnt give a way to copy the pages then that means i have to make it from new and its taking to much time so im out.

yes, this is one of the hard things....the copy I dont have....i just started working for this company and they were very unorganized and did not have originals!...just pdfs and made copies
