Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for the brand name "Nine Elms Seaside".

The logo will be used for an apartment building complex that is located near the seaside. The actual building was built in 1908 and is in a leafy, established part of town. A bit old worldish and heritage. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there are views from many rooms of the water.

Although an older building, design should have an interesting modern take, and be relevant to the modern world of today.

The brand personality will be that of a strong confident person with integrity that cares about delivering a great product of premium quality to the consumer.

Location of the building is 1728 Yew Street, Vancouver, BC Canada. Have a look at it on Google Maps, and also follow the road down to the Kitsilano Park and waterside area.
