Resumen de Diseño de Logo

The logo is for a newly created cell phone packaging company called PHONE SLICKER. Our logo should convey protection from the elements, in particular, water/rain/moisture. I have included a rough mock-up of the primary elements that should be included: cell phone icon being shielded by an umbrella. The logo should be two colors (black on yellow, black on orange-but open to other combinations as well ). We would consider 3 colors if absolutely necessary. The lettering should be clean and modern. The logo should have a sense of whimsy (smiling) but this should not overshadow conveying the protective aspect of the product. We are fans of meteorological/weather icons. Any icon(s) should be uniform, clean and from the same design family. The icons should tie in with look of cellphone icon and lettering of the company name. Finally, please ensure that entire logo can be shrunk to fit in the corner of a rectangular space on our package that is 2.5" (inches) long by .75" (inches) high.
