Per the SOW/Design Brief - and I apologize if this wasn't clear. this SOW includes design, installation and UX. I will update the brief to reflect this.

This is a hobby site with volunteers that run and operate all of of the different channels. The advertising on the main site just covers hosting and site improvements like what we are trying to do with Design Crowd.
