Hello, this looks like an exciting project to work on. Like the other designer I'm unable to see the front signage, so I don't know if it is as per the internal signage which looks like Fomex or Perspex standaway lettering. Should the proposals feature an illustration in colour, I assume you would not be averse to a mounted full colour digital output, or machine cut self adhesive vinyl, where appropriate?  With reference to 'photos' our choices are, for presentation purposes, to 'shoot our own', use low res library shots, or hi res if they can be sourced, but do you have any on system, that you can upload? Finally, not wishing anything 'cartoony' hopefully doesn't rule out 'stylised'. Thank you for your time

Hi Ron,

Thanks for your interest in the project! I have uploaded the images again and they all seem to working now, I've also added a few additional photos. The outside signage can be found under the name of current sign & current sign2.

The outside signage is formed from compter printed and cut vinyl on a large metal backing board. The internal graphics are computer cut wooden letters.

Feel free to design anything you feel suits the brief I have a very good sign making company that can pretty much reproduce any design and in any form that we can bring to them...!

I would prefer the successful design to be provided to me as .ai files if possible, it will be easier for the sign makers and myself.

I suggested that there be no 'cartoon graphics' because I was aware I might be swamped with 'cheesey' smiling bumble bee clip art images, and that is not what I want at all... and needless to say i've already received some! I love the idea of stylised & orginal artwork that has a professional feel about it...!

Thanks again,

Gavin.

Hi Ron,

In reference to your query regarding photo images, I would propose that low-res library shots could be used for illustration purposes, and if the design is successful replaced with hi-res shots at the final revision stage.

Thanks.

Gavin

Gavin,
Thank you for your invite, looks like a fun project! I am unable to see the files for the blank shelf barker and a4 poster. I saw the shelf barker images in another file so if you could just reupload the poster that would be great.

Thanks!
Deanna

Hi Deanna,

Thanks for pointing that out, I have re-uploaded the missing file.

I think there must be a problem with the designcrowd website, as I have uploaded the images a few times and some of them keep dropping off for some reason. I if anymore disappear let me know!

Looking forward to seeing you designs!

Thanks,
Gavin.

Gavin,
I am sorry that the images are disappearing from your brief, I know that has to be frustrating. I agree, I think there must be something wrong with the designcrowd site, as this isn't the only glitch that I have noticed recently.

I am not able to see the file that you uploaded for the a4 posters. Have you ever used photobucket? Uploading all of the images there and posting a link for the designers here might be a solution. I use it quite often, so if you haven't feel free to email me your images, I will upload them and post a link here for everyone.

Thanks!
Deanna

Can I also ask...what are your most profitable items, what would you like to sell more of?

Thanks!
Deanna
