Resumen de Diseño de Tarjeta de Presentación

I need a business card design that acts as an appointment card as well for my own private practice within a General Practitioner Clinic (Premier Medical Practice) based in Sydney, Australia. I provide nutrition and dietetic services to clients referred by the GP. My services include weight management, and chronic disease management (diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure etc) The design should communicate health and wellness. The design should look simple but appealing at the same time with a refreshing/freshness kinda look. I want it to be a card that someone would put in their wallet or business card holder instead of in the rubbish bin or beside table. I would like this card to be double-sided. The front side must have all the contact details, practice address, name, credential and APD logo incorporated etc... and the flip side a table or lines for me to write down next appointment details for my clients.
The colour scheme does not have to be green and white... can be a be creative by adding a tinge of lime green, orange or other complemtary colours... PLEASE don't make the whole card green! that would turn me off =(

• a nice colour scheme: white and green (can be any shade of green) with a tinge of other colours.

• although the APD logo is green in colour i do not wish to see the whole card to be filled predominantly with that colour. A tinge of lime green or orange would be ncie... try to be creative with the colour scheme.
