Which size would be the best?

The logo has to work at scale, meaning it needs to scale to a sign on the side of the building and also work on the top of the menu. Does that make sense?

I like it, I have a team that I need to get input from on all the logos. For me personally yours is one of the best. I will follow up with the team once the submission period ends and they will pick on to move forward with.
