Incorporating "conquering life from maternity to maturity" One idea is incorporate the profile of a pregnant women as the "R" in Rise and the figure of a muscular person with arms raised as "W" in Well. The vision is the logo would be the profile of pregnant women and the figure of muscular person as logo. I have a rough draft of idea I can send to anyone interested.
