Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hello all,

We need a logo for an office building in the center of capital town, Bucharest. The building is an old villa from 40's (basement, ground and three floors) complete renovated and prepared for luxury offices. Here is the web site of the building with photos for reference - www.cotroceni.eu

The logo in large scale will be placed on the building itself or on a lightened post in front of the entrance, in smaller scale on business cards and website.

I want the logo to look modern and sleek, but serious at the same time. I will be offering the office space especially to lawyers, notary, financial consulting, banks or insurance companies.

The logo needs to be neutral in colors, since although the building is painted in quite distinct shades now, it might get a color refresh in the future, so the logo needs to fit the new color scheme as well.

The name of the building is Cotroceni Class Offices and the address of the building Eroii Sanitari 1-3.

In the logo text I want both (name and address) for business card and web site and only name for building facade

We want to identify also these building as CCO (Cotroceni Class Offices) building and we want logo to be letter based.
