Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design for my clothing business "Lo*Cal. My ambition is to eventually create shirts, hats, and boardshorts with this logo design. I will attach a couple of files of images that will give an example of exactly what I want. Hopefully these will give you a easy guideline of what I'm looking for. I will also attach a svg. file of my brand that is pretty much what I want, but need for it to be tweaked with resolution and etc..I come from the island of Guam and currently living in Hawaii, and would love to create a local island street/urban wear for the islands.

1. Abstract logo- Would like for you to look at the (kuduku, Fokai, image). I would like for the top of the circle to say (UNITED BY ) and on the bottom of the circle (LO*CAL CULTURE). On both sides of the circle, I would like to use a tribal charcater. I provided some examples in the attachments you can use. Inside of the logo I would like the letter "L" in the font that I provided in the attachments (FONT: FRETEFRAKTUR).

2. Text only, would be the one I provided in svg. file.
