Sorry but I don't understand what you want and your logo needs to be vector to use on a t-shirt - first you say the shirt is for men but you also say the design is for men and women. Too confusing. I don't know where to go with this.

If you check out the shirt that has been up loaded it is a good variation of the logo

Or you can use the logo as is choice is yours
