Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a not-for-profit youth soccer club based in Denver, CO. We've been around since 1965. We serve over 2,000 kids each season from 2.5 - 18 years of age from beginner to competitive. We've had a few logos over the years and were rushed into creating a new one a while back and I'd now like to update it. Our main color is royal blue. Our secondary colors are white, grey, and black. The name of our club is Skyline Soccer Association (SSA). The winning logo will be worn on thousands of soccer jerseys every year.

The logo we'd like created should be strong and confident. Traditionally, soccer clubs have had crests as logos. We'd like something similar to a crest, but it doesn't need to be the standard shape. We'd like a logo that can be used very large and very small. It should also not be too tall.

I've attached a copy of our most recent logo. In the old logo, we had a skyline (our name) in the logo. We also had a soccer ball. I want to leave it up to the designers to give me their best ideas of what the logo should or should not have in it. The logo should have the year we were established, 1965. But in regards to words or objects, I'll leave that up to you.

It would be amazing if the logo created could also have features in it that are transferable to a wordmark logo for across the chest of jerseys.
