Resumen de Diseño Web

Our current website is http://goo.gl/N3fZoJ - We tried creating a new style for our website at http://goo.gl/i7r2co however we are not completely happy with the design but we want something like that style.

We are looking for something professional, stylish and clean and still keeping the large rotating image banner, we don't like the header, footer and main content area on the home page but we need to retain the current content somehow. The content area on the other pages will remain the same so please restyle the home page only.

We are only after a redesign of the home page, we will use the header / footer design on the other pages.
