Resumen de Diseño de Flyer
We are a start-up real estate brokerage looking to attract new agents. Our business relies heavily on technology to help give agents more time to spend with clients. Our model is also different from a typical broker in that we do not take a percentage of commission from each sale an agent makes. Instead we charge a simple flat monthly fee and the agent keeps 100% of the commission the earn.
The ideal flyer will be pleasing to the eye, should probably have some appropriate graphics, use our logo and project a modern yet sophisticated company image. This is and advertising flyer that will be followed up with a more detailed brochure (later project).

While I like the initial design I was looking for more of a change from my design. Here are some clarifications:
The design should not included the "click" option so it can be used online or in print. Instead include the site raymondjrealestate.com/careers
I want more of a list of features with less description. The list should have:
- Top Producer included
- No Commission Split
- No Floor Time... Leads sent directly to you
- E & O Insurance included
- All your listings showcased on Realtor.com
- Showing appointment solution.
Some description of each can be included but less of a question answer style than what I originally had.
It does not need to be a straight list, the items all need to be mentioned somewhere on the flyer but not necessarily in a list style.
Maybe an image of business meeting or greeting (agent joining).

The image of meeting or greeting is optional - you choose what you think is best.
Also, use of the "About Us" that was uploaded my be a good idea. - I'm not sure on this either
