I would love to work on this but I only work on guaranteed projects. will you be guaranteeing your project?

I am always reluctant to work on non-guaranteed projects as they are usually non-responsive and sourcing ideas, but I think this is a great project. I have already have the font style of your company name, created the bottles for mockup purposes and created a vector file of your logo. You mentioned wanting to be able edit the text in word. Will you be printing out the artwork on sheet labels professionally and then printing the text on separate or will you be printing all the labels from your own printer?
