I'm a bit confused as to what it is you want... you want the same logo so you don't have to change any branding, but you want us to revamp the logo? this is a kind of contradictory...

Apologies for the confusion, we want a revamp but don't want to stray too far from our current branding, the new design should instantly be recognizable as our company just fresher. Think Coke or QANTAS and the evolution of their logos.
