Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hello. I''m looking for a simple design which will stand the test of time. A simple font, possibly slightly italicised, maybe similar to the microsoft logo. Many mortgage companies use a symbol of a house or a city skyline or a rooftop in their logos. I think my company name speaks for itself (regarding the products and services I provide) to an extent,  and although I am not against the use of any symbols, it would need to be very subtle, and not dominate the logo. I definitely am not after swoosh symbols, arrows, ticks, or anything else that has been done before. I am after something simple, yet unique. Obviously you are being given some artistic licence here, but please remember that my potential clients are looking to me to obtain homeloans for many hundreds and thousands of dollars. As such, I (and the logo) need to appear or at least give the idea of being trustworthy, knowledgeable, successful, client driven, possessing integrity etc



The logo will be used primarily on a lead generation website and on business cards which will be predominantly blue in color. I would prefer if the logo were blue, and also containing other colors which are complementary to blue. However, getting back to artistic licence, if you can incorporate contrasting colors and make it work, please do so.
