Could you tell em more about the hotel like the style of the design decor, the cuisine it will be serving, or the type of beers or drinks that it will be specializing in. What makes it different from another hotel in the area enough for you to want to go there ?

Hi JNVerdejo The hotel is a typical, old Australian pub. The bulk of drinks sold tend to be beer and spirits. Little focus on cocktails or anything like that. A picture of the bistro (internal) and the building (external) are attached to the brief. The difference in our hotels is the quality of service, and the quality of food. We do the same as everyone else, we are just outstanding at it!
