Do you have prices you want to highlight?
Is there any text-based information you want included?
Do you have contact details you'd like to add?
What size do you want the brochure to be?
What colours do you want on there? Are there colours specific to your company? Are there colours you'd like to avoid?
Are there specific runs/locations that you service that you'd like to highlight?

If you were to add this info to the brief you may find more designers will respond. I'd love to take a shot at it so if you can get this info up, I can make a start.

We would like to have it be a glossy 8 1/2 by 11 brochure and incorporate all of the bullet points I mentioned in my brief.

Thanks for the invite but nothing is available to start the work, except some text in brief and istockphoto links, without the text, logo or pictures what you are expecting from us ? is this single side 8.5 x 11 flyer or what?
