A professional website is needed for APEC, a newly developed entity that helps support the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry through web-based systems. These systems are designed to help PEOs comply with regulatory compliance requirements and to facilitate the completion of online state application and renewal forms.

PEOs serve small and medium-sized businesses by handling tasks related to employee payroll, state/federal tax payments, health & WC insurance, and employment law compliance. Because PEOs take on such significant responsibilities for other businesses, many U.S. states require PEO licensing and bonding.

APEC was founded to help these PEOs and states increase the efficiency/reliability of this state oversight process through its web-based systems.

  1. The home page design needs to incorporate (a) APEC logo (uploaded), (b) descriptive text (below), and (c) images for APEC's 3 alliance partners.
  
  2. The site's interior pages (also design only/no coding) should include (a) a header with the APEC logo, (b) footer (for items such as a privacy policy, TRUSTe logo, etc), (c) vertical menu of links specific to each service
