Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We have been publishing elektrozine.be at first, then came cuizine.be and have recently started with decozine.be. As we are planning to publish more blogs/ezines we have chosen to rename our company from elektrozine to an overarching name: instamedia. We are very well known from our logo 'the eagle' which you can see on elektrozine.be and cuizine.be. We want a new logo who must be very appealing, classy and recognizable for our millions of readers and our advertising-clients. We also have a second company who delivers productdatafeeds to webshops, that we want to call instadata instead of shoponsite.be. We will make a website with all the productdata, where the shops who have these products can attach their company to/affiliates. This website we will call 'instashopping.be'. We liked the eagle very much, but it is now a little oldschool. The color black we love the most with a little touch of gold! In brief: We need a logo for instamedia.be who can be translated and put also on instadata.be and instashopping.be
