Hello there. We can't see each others design until the project is closed, that is if its a public project instead of a private one, in which case we can't see any design even after the project is closed. We can only see our own feedback and ratings.

If the designs in the dropbox address you linked to are from designers here on DC, I don't think it is fair on them to have their design shown there before the project is closed. Instead, you can link to other designs from other companies and organizations there, or by attaching files here on the brief in the project page, to showcase what you are after. Alternatively you can just give general feedback to all of us here in the updates section. Hope this helps.
