May I submit a concepts of designs to you, and once my concept of logo has been selected, the full of work will be available for you either for printing purpose or show it up on your website.

You are more than welcome to submit a concept - that is fine.

The product does not have any dedicated website.

Color scheme should be something like white background with the colors of triage (red, orange, yellow, green and blue (same colors as you see now))

Do you have App Design already? I think you app is so oldies.
