Our company needs a logo design!

Our company is a paint and panel shop.

Our target customers are a wide variety as we do anything from small dents on ordinary cars, to bigger dents, major panel work, custom paint refinishes, full repaints and restorations on cars, motorbikes etc.

Our logo must be simple, stylish, have a professional feel with a creative edge

Logo must have all text CDR Paint and Panel as another company is CDR. The and must be AND and not the & symbol.

Back ground will be black, because logo will be on black t-shirts, our on st signage, on a sticker for custom painted cars and show cars for Auto Salon and car shows. Please show your design on black (you can include white as well if you like, but we would like to see the design on black).

Colours should be primarly blue and white or red and white, grey is also considered.
Please use no more than two main colours (other than black and white) as this keeps it affordable to print etc and keeps it simple.

Blue is our first preference, as the red is hard to get right.

however anything that is a deep and bright royal type blue is good, must not be baby blue shades. Will attach colour swatches from a paint company we like.

We have had trouble find a PMS red that we like as they are not bright enough, but a or brighter rich, bright dark red, that still stands out on black, brandywine or cherry red are automotive paint names for similar reds.
These reds are not right as they come across too orange mostly, please see the attached colour swatches.

So long as the colour is bright and vibrant we should like it.

We have no particular symbols or pictures in mind so be as creative as you like, just keep it simple and stylish.

Objetivo del mercado(s)

Target market is quite wide, the logo should appeal to young and middle aged men who are "into their cars" wanting custom paint finishes and also to middle income earners with ordinary cars with dents and scratches as well as fanatical people wanting to restore cars. The logo should create a feeling or trust (as car repairs MUST be reliable and safe) and also show artistic flair to appeal to the custom paint customer.

• Prefer not to have a car or a spray gun, as these are widley used unless you can come up with something very abstract and creative.
  Frilly hard to read font.
  Too many colours.
  MUST not be similar to any car logos as we cannot show favourtism to a brand.
