I do have three questions though:

1. Would you have any high resolution images of the foods you server at your restaurant?
2. What are you preferred dimensions/size for this menu?
3. Is there a limitation to the number of pages?

1. Yes, we do have pictures of some of our food.
2. Our menu is a three fold menu , double sided. First two panels are 15 x 8 1/2 and the third panel is 15 x 7 1/2
Original menu was landscape. Current is not. 4 panels are the menu. Cover: is logo and name.
Back panel : info about restaurant and misc.
In short we are not stuck to size or dimension.

3. Pages : would like to keep it as defined as possible. Fewer the better, but readable.

It would help everyone if you could upload the pictures of your dishes on here to the brief. Then we can all use them.

I agree. You should have images on the menu for it to be more appealing. You don't need to have photos to all of your dishes, maybe you should pick some featured dishes that would have the photos on the menu.
