Resumen de Diseño Con Ilustración
I've written out all the meaningful life lessons my parents have taught me and would like to give it to them for Christmas in the form of a typographic word art design. This will be a print project. I'd like the size of the design to be no larger than 11x17, no smaller than 8.5x11.
The text must be readable in the complete sentences provided.
The text can be displayed in multiple directions, as long as each sentence is readable.
The text itself should be arranged in an artistic and creative way. I'm not looking for text that is aligned in normal-looking rows with a an image watermark behind it.
Sentences may be included on the same row if it works with the design.
Font, Case and Text may be alternated to best suite your design. No grunge fonts, or small-size handwriting fonts, or anything that is difficult to read.
Text could fit into a shape or silhouette (ie: heart, tree, or anything that symbolizes family, life, love, etc.), or form an abstract design, or it can be justified to fit the whole page.
I'm not looking for anything super colorful. Black and white would work, or any standard color palette. The intended result is something they can hang on their wall.
Text is attached in a pdf. Minor tweaks to text is ok if necessary for formatting design, but in general, text should remain unedited.
I've also added some examples of the type of word art I had in mind.
Please help me make this gift into something beautiful and special!

I trimmed the text down significantly because all the designs seemed to crowded, and had to use fonts that were too small. Here is the revised text:

Choose your destiny by choosing your friends.
Marriage is a unified front. Make your spouse a priority.
Truth and grace are inseparable.
Humor disarms, softens and endears.
Selflessness is a lifestyle.
Whenever possible, give generously and anonymously.
Never apologize and give an excuse in the same sentence.
Faith must fuel the core of who you are.
The path to freedom begins with asking difficult questions.
Take advantage of every opportunity to educate yourself.
Be your spouse’s protector and advocate.
Radiate humility, vulnerability and love.
Give your finish line the ability to expand.
