Resumen de Diseño de Logo

My new business is a HR Consultancy business working with start up and small to medium organisations to establish their People strategy, policies, tools and processes to achieve business outcomes and a great culture.

We will provide 3 solution sets :1. Fast answers (to people issues, legal issues and concerns);2. A People Roadmap (people strategies, business planning; values development, cultural programs and workshops) and 3. Tools and Training for Growth (Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Talent Mapping and Succession Planning, Reward and Recognition Program,)

I am an artistic person -impressionistic and I was thinking about brush strokes, or an impressionistic design for a head or heart representing people ..or else something representing 'real' ...but not essential.

Im undecided on colours -but I love lime green, magenta, aqua, oranges -bright colours...however I am marketing to businessmen so that needs to be taken into account!!
I just love colours; so much its hard to chose !!!!!!
I am trying to communicate the essence of me and my business as real & down to earth solutions, commercially aware but also warm, creative, inspirational, spontaneous, free, responsive & practical -I get stuff done.
I would use Logo for emails, business cards, letter heads etc ? Powerpoint Presentations, t shirts
