Resumen de Diseño Web

We need a website that entices australia's workers to sign up to help protect their industry and their jobs. The key message is "Building a Stronger Australia" and that headline / tagline should feature prominently on the site.

In terms of style I lack the current 'scrolling' style (see example http://www.grassrootsonline.ca )

The site must dynamically for mobile platforms. It must also use Joomla or Wordpress as CMS so is client editable.

The attached logo is the basis for the design and the name of the organisation is the Sustainable Development Council. Please make an allowance for an iframe embed (min height 650px) see attached sample.

It should also have a subscriber sign up for that connects with Campaign Monitor
