We need a catalogue design (double sided information sheet) for a manufacturer of embroidered pet feeding mats to use to send to upscale boutique pet stores to introduce them to the product. The design should relate to our website MyCustomPetMat.com. The sheet should include green with pink polkadots to coordinate with the packaging and branding. We would like a separate coordinated order form that can be faxed or emailed.

• This brochure is for store owners, not the actual consumers so it would be great to have a "suggested starter pack" area so that it is clear how to order.
  
  It would be nice to have the cat mat info in this piece too, however it may be easier to only focus on the dogs.
