Good afternoon. Thanks for the invitation.

Without opening the Word document, how many employees will need the signature?

At my last place of business, we created a jpeg image that was then ADDED to each employee's signature which they generated.
An example of font styles was created first so that employees could copy and then personalize. I'm fairly certain it was Microsoft Word document that they worked from. That was OUTLOOK email. It may be different than yours.

Can you expand on the deliverables that you require?

Hi Thomas We will have about 20 employees (in the process of hiring). We are using Microsoft Outlook 2013, half our employees use Mac the other half use Windows devices so font can be a difficult situation unless its a universal standard. We are really just looking for ideas beyond the norm, whether that''s a jpeg, or text copied into the signature options with the template in a word doc.
