Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are taking over a rather run-down apartment complex in Dallas, Texas. We currently have security guards and are in the process of running criminals off the property. When that task is completed we will do a $1.1 million dollar renevation of the community and re-brand it as "Pueblo San Luis" the Town of San Luis. Many of our residents are from a region in Mexico called San luis. we wanted to give a feeling of at least some familiarity as the community feels kind of like a nice little town in Mexico, stucco, flatroof, nice landscaped areas.

The logo will be used in multiple marketing locations but one big requirement is that it will be painted on a 30' tall x 12.5' wide wall that faces a major street. It is intended to be clearly visible with bang colors and give homage to the "town" of San Luis. Our first apartment community was called Casa San Luis and the next one will be Cuidad San Luis (The City of San Luis).
